Or you can have ice tea, ice cream, turn on the fan/ac, take a swim in a pool/ ocean.....

All cold food/drink does is lower your internal temperature and causes you to notice the heat more.
Fan just circulates warm air
AC costs electricity
Not everybody has a pool/lives near an ocean/is willing to venture into the depths of the outernet
