Lucid Dreaming.

Every time i realise i am dreaming i fly around or try to make what i want happen. I have to try the morphing one next time it happens.

I've never had a lucid dream :( I want to do one

I'm scared if I end up doing this I'll get sleep paralysis...

Ok just a quick thing, I have insomnia and lucid dream quite often. However, it's not the best thing. Your mind doesn't go completely dormant so you don't get as much rest as you could. It was fun the first few times, but trust me, it wears on you. Just thought I should throw out that warning.

Be careful because some people if they do it o much can completely lose touch with reality inception style

Lucid dreaming pretty much gives you the advantage to change and alter your dreams, making them whatever you want. This especially helps in nightmares. The first time I changed my nightmare, I was about to be stabbed by some psycho two headed guy instead I realized it was a dream and was quickly able to pick up a fork and kill him. Its pretty cool.

one time i wake up and i could see my body laying on the bed and i couldnt move and i knew i was awake but i could not move and i was able to see everything....it was terrifying

I lucid dreamed once but I didn't really do anything because I didn't exactly know what a lucid dream was and didn't even think about doing awesome stuff. I don't even remember what the dream was about but I remember knowing I was dreaming. I really want to lucid dream again!! The things I would do... o.o
