The funny thing here is that if you force your opponent to draw four cards in a Yu-Gi-Oh! match, YOU will probably lose. It's even more cheated that Ancestral Recall (for you Magic The Gathering players).

No cause then to draw they have to have less than seven so putting him up to seven causes problems at there next draw phase

Yeah, the opposite player will have to discard four cards to have a correct hand, but he will probably discard the most useless cards and keep the good ones for later. Basically, he will have 4 turns of advance on you. If he has a good deck, you will never catch up with him.
