Introverted people are not special. Neither are gay people, or feminists, or people with down syndrome. For that matter, 'normal' people are not special, and should not be treated as such. We're all humans, no one is created better than one another. It is what you do with what you are given that determines who you are as a person.

Not "special" but it would be nice if people would respect the differences of everyone they meet. I don't need you to build me an actual hamster ball to live in, but if you could not give a derisive snort when I decide that going to a club tonight sounds overwhelming, that would be cool. In return, I'll not roll my eyes when you suggest--for the five hundredth night in a row--that we *go* to said club.

But.. Down syndrome is mental illness... I mean they need certain care and respect. Like autism people.

Yes, care and respect is okay, but you can't just give someone a job because they have Down syndrome soley for the purpose of 'promoting diversity.' Give them the job if they've earned the job.
