This information is really good.. worth a save.. next time you might want lose some extra weight, this might come handy. Just a note to add that Tabata can be done by people who are not that fit as well, you can adjust the exercise to suit you, like jumping jacks, skipping, etc. They key is to try and push yourself to the limit. It might seem tough at first, you can try with 2 sets, slowly 3 sets and then slowly 1 full tabata sets
