Maybe it is an anti-steroid thing? "This famous girl seems to like me, and look how big my globe is!” Look how displeased the Rock is? “What the heck? I am all buff and manly, but I have a tiny globe and no hot girl hanging off me.” Moral of this story – don’t use steroids because your globe will become tiny, hot girls will like other guys, and it will cause roid rage (as seen in the Rock’s eye)
