Once someone told me they knew absolutely EVERYTHING about pokemon, so I asked them how to catch a Celbi and they told me this completely bullshit answer about having to go into a forest in pokemon emerald to catch it. I checked. There's only two legit ways to get Celbi, trade from Pokemon Colosseum, or have got it a really long time ago in Japan.
