Would be funny if it weren't for the fact the world is ignorant and those awards mean nothing in a real fight since they are for the sport. Which has rules and they compete for points against others in their weight class of the same martial art style. Much like fencing, where little taps count as wins, actually striking your opponent significantly is frowned upon. Not to mention sparring is only one part or kind of tournament.. You can win awards just for prancing around like in gymnastics. I hope Ive made my point.
