There is like a velvet skin that covers them once a year I think. Then they scrape it off on trees and branches.

It's like a fuzz, I'm not sure if it's blood or if that's just the way it looks when the deer shed of the the velvet.

Did anyone else notice that it has antlers but it also has the spots that fawns have? It's a baby deer with antlers... not sure if possible...

Nope the species of deer is a fallow deer from Europe adults including male and females have spotted fur
