I forgot why and anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong I read this somewhere but I think this is how they technically sweat because they don't have sweat glands. So they are cooking off or something around there.... That or dehydrated... Once again incase the trolls attack I'm not sure, I can be most definately wrong... Or right.

Cats pant only when they are hot enough for heat stroke. The other reason a cat will do this is out of fear. This cat is terrified. You can see how blown his pupils are. :(

The cat could have been playing, if my cats are hyper their pupils will be very big and start panting.
