Title does not include the punchline

I hate when people put the punchline in the title!!

The other day, my friend and I were talking about something, and she said
"That's the coolest thing since Mt. Rushmore!"
And I replied "What's so cool about Mt. Rushmore?! It's just a bunch of heads!"
