Ugh bird down there is right ↓, it means dumbledore could clean for free with magic, but let's filch stay to clean instead

Filch is a squib, meaning that he's a wizard that can't use magic. So Filch actually can't do it for free with magic. Most of you probably only watch the Harry Potter movies and still don't pay attention anyway.
