It's extremely sad, but sadly, a lot of my best friendships were created with playful racism which neither of us took any offense to, we just had the same reaction as him.

Why is it extremely sad that people can be mature enough to joke around with eachother without having to cry about words that people themselves give power to. Choosing to take a racial slur and laugh at it is the biggest FU to real racist that there is.
