Funny, when I was in eighth grade and people wouldn't leave me alone I'd tap them lightly on the fore head with the spine of my book. After a while people learnt to leave me alone when I was reading hard covers.

Same thing. Just slightly harder. The spine of the book apparently hurts a lot though

I'd do the same thing but I slapped them across the face with the book. That person I hit and everyone around them knew I should not be messed with
