It's not held by the lid. It's by just the cup.

I noticed, but I would still spill. I'm sure of it. With my luck, the holder would tear just enough to make it to the lid and destroy everything.

They should put a stronger ring around the edge of the cup, that way there's more support, instead of just having the cup sit there.. I wish this was a real thing
