Strange. I'd have thought they'd have more important things on their mind.
Here's something about me you probably didn't know. If people are as much of an asshole as you make them sound, I couldn't give a shit less what pisses them off. And not that it matters (at least to myself, but as for you, who knows), but I have family AND friends who've served. Not a one of them would react so childishly to a simple misunderstanding. How's THAT for identification.
Get better friends. Nobody wants to hear your stories about how easily asshurt they get.
Alright, you can get pissed at me. I get that. But you don't know my friends, same as I don't know yours. So don't insult them, I didn't insult yours. Also, it's not childish to want to be recognized for what you've gone through.
Who the hell said I'm pissed at you? I'm just confused by the fact that something I already admitted to being wrong about is so bothersome to you and your friends.
Fyi it's a bit insulting to flat out disregard the meaning when someone admittedly misspoke.
Lastly, the only part where I could be considered to be insulting your friends is the last part, and even that was more of a response to how you chose to convey their personality to a stranger. What did you expect me to do, write a formal letter of apology AFTER I tried my best to admit my mistake without making a big freakin' deal out of it?
...but YOU can. ;)"
