Anorexia is being extremely skinny and a Napoleon complex is someone who is little but wants to show others he's big but his bark is bigger then his bite. It's the human version of a Chihuahua.

Actually, the voice actor for porky pig had a stutter in real life and it was decided that it fit porky's voice and character.
