How is that not the same thing? We are all girls in utero, it is not until the 'man' hormone is introduced that we become males. I digress, the head of the penis is the clit. It is just enlarged and extended with glands out side the trunk.

Although it is a stretch, they both have bulbous material. The vagina has a 'bulbous vestibule,' while the penis has a 'bulbous branch' and a 'bulb.'
