Could someone tell me why when i try to get on funsubstance using my wifi it says my ip adress is banned(im on my phone now and just turned my wifi off thats the only way i can get on here)

That's happened to me a few times. As far as I could figure out (and I didn't try that hard so correct me if I'm wrong) you just have to wait for it to pass. It should be back to normal within an hour or two.
