I don't know if anyone else feels like this but I'm getting really annoyed of these white girl/Starbucks jokes and shit like that because that's the main reason why many people think every teenage girl is a spoiled slut that's obsessed with taking selfies for instagram and iPhones and Starbucks and shit.
I know it's a stereotype, but it just annoys me because I've been seeing a lot of it lately and I think it's kind of mean, categorizing white girls like that
Right. I get that. I think its funny and know its not true. Every reasonable person does. Have you ever read the Canterbury Tales? They gave me a pretty good appreciation of stereotypes in comedy.
Look guys sorry if my joke offended any other girls out there but just to let you know I am a white girl. I'm not the typical "teenage white girl" and think it's hysterical how religiously people need there Starbucks. Just a joke.
You guys are funny. The comments are for people to talk and discuss. I totally support and promote this talking back and forth, discussion, etc. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't offending anyone. Haha keep talking! Don't let me spoil the fun!;)
Ha yes that makes sense. I'm more of an alternative kinda girl but I realized recently and figured out I really just like anything that's sung passionately. I'm a blend
OKAYY I was hoping someone knew because I'm horrible at explaining. It's about these clans of warrior cats that live in a forest and there are these cool rules and all these positions, it's like a wild military. Anyway there are these really deep stories and lots of drama and if you filter out the fact that they are cats then you would see how dramatic it is (the publisher specifically asked for an animal fiction story, but the author hated fiction) so anyways it's really interesting once you get into it.
Maybe I can thank Fibromyalgia for my general disgust of coffee brewed everywhere except by me at home. Hypersensitivity to strong odors and tastes cause coffee made by any one else to taste like I'm spooning the used grounds right down my throat. :(
But at least it's just a stereotype and everyone knows it is...
