Aren't motor scooters the main mode of transport in Vietnam?

Doesn't it make anyone else nervous to be around foreign people talking in another language that you can't understand. Because then you think they're talking shit about you. Like when I go to Peking Palace, my family orders a lot of food and then I notice the waiters talking and laughing and I'm like, "Bitches, you better not be talking about me!"
