People trust me a lot, without really knowing me and it's weird. I've never broken anyone's trust, but they don't know that, yet they share secrets with me that they don't tell other people. It's very weird.

Because if you truly love someone, you're trusting them NOT to hurt you, because if you're in love, there is no way that person can leave/cheat/etc. without hurting you. Otherwise it isn't love.

Because people are just really selfish, and do things for themselves without care of anyone else. He's not sick, he's perfectly human. Unfortunately, that's a bigger insult than calling him sick. We're a really screwed up species, with a lot of injustice. The best you can do is hopefully get lucky and find someone who won't hurt you.
