It does come, I'm a pear shape, and the small waist is a characteristic of pear shaped bodies. I'm not saying though, that other bodies can't have it, everyone has a different body, but it is characteristical of a pear shaped body to have a small waist.

Then you're an hourglass. Hourglass means both the upper and lower part of your body are of equal size. However, if you think your lower part is bigger, then you are a pear.
