I'm not a friend of peta in general. I am a dedicated and convinced meat eater, I don't advocate human rights for animals, I make a substantial difference between human and non human animals. Peta's help is usually not asked for a happy, healthy animal, but for animals that have literally been thrown on the garbage. You may think of peta in its entirety whatever you want, I find many of their communication and argumentation policies and strategies dubious or even plain wrong, but I am entirely convinced that in general they are only killing animals when its the absolute last option. This smear campaign is just disgusting lies by despicable creatures who sneer at all living beings and only worship money.
