Gay privilege is the fact that you can get in trouble for saying something against gays. People have terrible things to say about any religion anytime they want but there is no punishment for that.

I think it is supposed to be a motivational thing. People don't like being called fat so by doing this it motivates them to prove they aren't fat and use the stairs. Or at least that's how I took it.
