They have a larger version of this at Cedar Point (Ohio) called the Dragster.... been there, done that :)

Actually, trees grow from the tips, not the base of the trunk... so it wouldn't work that way, because the branch (as long as it's attached to the tree) will always be that far off the ground. The striped pants man is totally safe.
