it's basic division. if your sister doesn't understand it then she needs tutoring, it's not hard and kids should know it

yeah you need it to graduate some things. which is stupid if you never use it. don't waste kids time teaching them crap they won't use (make it an elective so they can take it if they need to). teach them things we need to know like how to do tax, how to make a good resume, how to apply for a loan etc.

there's a different between knowing art and making critiques and making comments and passing judgment on something you know nothing about

tylerchu, a 'destructive 6 year old' often could not make these pieces though. yes they could splash some acrylic paint around on a canvas but that's not what's happened in these pieces that are displayed in art galleries.
like i said, you need to have a knowledge of art and the techniques to be able to appreciate it. if you don't know how much work went into it, then you're going to make naive comments like you did
