(LATE COMMENT) Actually there is, in Terraria there is a monster called a 'lost girl'. Unlocked after beating the WoF, it only has about 25 hp and designed as a partially naked girl that says 'rescue' when interacting too far away. When you get close to it, then it reveals that it's a Nymph with 250 hp and attacks you, dealing high damage.
