But you see Doctors to society are pictures of health, society sees doctors as people that are always healthy and use doctors as an example to base what they do. Being an unhealthy doctor isn't just giving a bad example to your patients but also other doctors in training. A regular person might have a doctor that is obese and think it's fine because "he's a doctor he know what's he's doing" which gives an unhealthy mentality to your patient which is the opposite of a doctors job. This also applies to lady in the picture, people will think that "she is the minister of health she's gotta be healthy so what she's doing is fine." Mentality which again gives a bad example.
