Looks like photoshop, the crunch in the body is in the wrong spot and my experience is that yellow bar at the top of the lift is a stop bar that stops the lift if the car hits it

Your comment was a perfect example of when to turn off the LEDs for during a movie. I've got an asus motherboard that handles two strips of leds I'm hooking up to the legs on the desk I'm building, but during a movie I can shut them off so it's nice and dark.

If you can't turn off your LEDs it's time to find a different motherboard.

Apple wants to make as much money as they can, and they know their fanbase will go into debt to have the latest and greatest. As long as there are suckers out there to buy it, they will continue to make overpriced garbage

Water lines in older houses used to be made of galvanized pipe, which easily could be confused with gas lines. It was common place to tie a ground wire to water lines in kitchens and bathrooms, so it happens more often than you think

I dunno, being sold for $5 billion still seems like they'd be doing ok. Definitely not as good as they could've, but nothing to shake a stick at

Every generation has people that cant DIY. I'm millennial and in the process of moving and rebuilding a house from 1860, mostly by myself with help from friends/gf. I do work for boomers who cant pick up a hammer without calling me to fix what they mess up, it all depends on who taught you what growing up. It just seems more of our generation were told to go to college and construction was beneath us

Unfortunately very common, I find squirrels like to make nests in light poles a lot and chew on the wire insulation until they get fried

Yes it is important to have an understanding of how the laws work, but if they don't know what they're voting on it's much easier to vote however their sponsors want them to vote because they only get half of the story. There used to be more scientists and engineers, but only a few still remain when it is easier to be payed off than actually do their job

I guess it depends on where you live, I know of a few people that know how to work the system without havin f to lift a finger, and have overheard one specifically want a bunch of children so they can "take care of her"

What a sad way to have to grow up.. I feel for the kids that grow up in homes that only are in it for the free government money

Buying in bulk doesn't always work, especially with healthy foods... I'm in construction and it's rare to have a place to keep a decent lunch refrigerated when I can pack one. I have my son 2 days a week and those days I make sure to eat healthier with him

Not condoning eating unhealthy, but when you work 12 to 14 hours every day, it can be a lot easier to grab a cheeseburger or chicken sandwich from a fast food place than it is to go to the store and spend the time to make food and count calories

I didn’t take the post as an attempt to convince others that the earth was wasting away, just an interesting post that we have the technology to grow trees like this today

I absolutely agree, but I think the parents should make sure the child doesn't feel like they're to blame and is still loved by both of them

I hope no matter what I can make sure my son never feels this way, and if I slip up I hope he calls me on it.

Most people get stuck in that position but it can be a stepping stone to something bigger... to make something of yourself takes time & money, so make the time in that job short but worth it

An office building I used to do work in would let them sleep in the garage in the winter, but they started using the corners as a bathroom & leaving trash everywhere. Some homeless ruin it for others, and businesses need to keep their property clean if they want tenants/ clients.
