Gosh I still just can't believe someone would leave a dog chained to a tree for four years... and that at no point in those four years someone else would help that poor animal. Just ridiculous.

This is not bullying. El oh el. No one is being hateful towards the kid. He did something stupid, got in a ridiculous situation, and it's hilarious. He's obviously not a shy person that would get hurt by something like this if he's going to do something so attention-catching as to try to fit through a stair rail. Lessbeeehonestt.
