I once had a sow who after she have birth was standing there while her piglets where reaching up trying to get some food and I guess she got annoyed because she suddenly just took her nose and threw one of the piglets OVER the 5 foot fence we had! Luckily I was standing on the other side and I caught it but it was like Jeez girl!!

Oh there is no doubt that you can save money! The price for beef is getting ridiculous and where I live pork is going up aswell. I don't think there is anything better that pasture raised, homegrown if you will, Beef and Pork. Btw I have mainly Yorkshires and a few Hampshires. But I've been thinking about getting a couple red wattles.
