Don't know if this is true, but this article states that 1 in 10 rape victims are male. Although I think male rape is a problem, I think the commenter may have exaggerated just a little.

Similar theory of why black people have lovely full lips, they're evolved from very hot climates in African countries and lips are a body's cooling mechanism, so the bigger the lips, the cooler the body is.
