then you're welcome to leave... you can either put up with what's going on, or choose not to come on here... sorry if that sounded harsh, but that's the reality of it

no matter how careful i am, it always seems to rub off when i go to sleep! like, i'll keep my arms out of the blanket, or i'll wrap a cloth around the mehndi, but in the morning, only like half of it is still there, haha :)

No, we're North Indian (Punjabi). ya know, i think ours might be called Mehndi Rasam too, because that sounds super familiar!

i'm indian too :) more info: if you want your mehndi to last longer, avoid getting water on it cuz it'll wash off rather quickly. whenever i get some mehndi put on, i always shower with a plastic glove on so that my hand doesn't get wet and so that the mehndi can last longer

story time: a few years ago, my class took a fieldtrip to a Cathedral... my friend's mom went with and was the chaperone of my group. she told me that her grandparents had their wedding there, and i asked if it was a nice wedding... she was shocked for a little bit before telling me that she wasn't invited. i was like 'awh, why not' and she said 'well, honey, i wasn't born yet'. my friend laughed and said 'it's okay mom, if it makes you feel any better, i wasn't invited either!'

that is so depressing. the little 13 year old had to bury her dad and do it quickly so she wouldn't get caught. i feel so bad that things like this are still happening

finally, someone gets it. i hear that all the time and i'm naturally really skinny because i have a crazy fast metabolism, and it's so off-putting to hear that kind of stuff because some skinny people just can't help it! everyone should be happy with their body, but they shouldn't get there by insulting others

If America would've sent over supplies to Africa when the two Americans got Ebola, then Ebola wouldn't have come here. Also, America could stop letting people from West Africa come here until the virus is contained. There was a group (I forget which one) but they had a tire company in Africa, and when one of their workers got it, they shut down everything and tried to contain it. Besides that one person who got it, everyone else in their village was fine while people around the village were getting the virus. It was proven that if America were to send supplies over to Africa, they could get a working hospital/containment place up in 3 days. That would help a lot more than just waiting to see if someone has the symptoms or not...
