While I do agree with you on the word "bitch" being thrown around too much, I think the message this meme is trying to convey is that there are women out there who use the word "sassy" as an excuse to be disrespectful. And to be honest both genders are guilty of it. Just cause you say your "sassy" doesn't mean it's ok for you to be an asshole to other people
