My Personal trainer says that the work is 90% healthy eating and 10% exercise. I've been eating healthy for about 2 weeks and I've already lost a bit..

Sherlock. He was an addict and obviously in the series that's why he does nikotine -don't know how to spell that- patches and doesn't smoke, and that's also why john was so pissed and stressed when he found sherlock in the "drug house" where he was for an experiment.. Etc.
