I always wonder what if a professional athlete is like thay. There must be. Imagine being in the USA soccer team in the world cup final and you have bad cramps! I'm not a feminazi but this is why I think women are not the same as men. We have to do the same as them and more. Anyways, I did and not much, normal cysts thay form during the cycle. Apparently you are not even supposed to feel them and I do. As well as other things (the pain, nausea, and bowel problems during it) lately is not AS bad. Not sure if changing my diet helped (I'm vegetarian now. And a nutritionist friend said that could have helped) or that im older.

Well for some women the pain is intolerable. I used to have to leave school or work. Now is bad but not as much as I get older. One of my friends would pass out so just push through it for sone is not an option :(

I always wonder too. Is it hormones? We ( the ones that get bad cramps, bloaring, stomach issues) are juat used to it or also different hormonal levels?
