From my personal experience: I climbed up and down 32 flights of stairs in a non air conditioned stone tower in the middle of July in flip flops after eating at Bucca de Beppo, and it was a three course meal.

Let's adjust to the "Wizards of Waverly Place" logic and say that the vampire ages to there proper age, probably to die and the werewolf turns into a wolf permanently. Or at least those are the rules I found the most likely.

Yes, this is excessive. No one with a sane state of mind would do this to themself. She crossed the VERY Fine line of someone needing to question her mental state.
To clarify, I'm a furry, It's my past time. But being a furry doesn't directly negatively affect my health. Now where plastic surgery addicts are different is, well you essentially risk your life every time you go under the knife. It's unhealthy, and we both know that. That's why I say she needs an evaluation, heck, maybe I'm wrong and she's perfectly sound. At least in the end someone actually thought in the end of why she did this to herself, and deeply. And I'm not saying she doesn't have the right to express herself, but you don't see people who do this and say "That's normal."
I guess what I'm getting at is that she has crossed the border into excessive territory, that is in fact dangerous to both herself and her long term health, and someone needs to sit her down before anything else drastic happens.
Good Day

Yeah, this clearly is negative to her health with a waist thinner than a can of soup, her organs cannot be in a healthy state. In addition with this, her heart is now more exposed and for what, a plastic surgery addiction. Also, not to mention her mental state is not okay, this should be taken into account as well.

She needs therapy, lots and lots of therapy. This is self harm if I've ever seen it.
