Not everyone is smart or hold that common knowledge. Do you know how many people think girls pee out of their vagina and don't realize that we have urethras? I'm not surprised somebody fucked up that badly.

Some people think babies are born from the ass, it's not necessarily that they didn't know the difference between vagina and ass but the location on where babies come from.
