Asexual here, so if anyone has any questions feel free to ask. I do agree that technically I don't have an orientation since I lack sexual attraction towards others. But when people ask my orientation i say ace. I dislike when people put these overly complicated labels on themselves that aren't really a thing. But I go along with them anyway because it's their life and if those labels make them happy who am I to tell them they're wrong.

It's a post. You gotta follow blogs to see the posts. I think they changed the layout so posts won't look quite like this anymore. Hope I could help :)
When You Live In Amish Country 43 comments

There isn't anything necessarily wrong with it, it's just really weird. Having lived in a large town my entire life where everyone's interest were varied and no one really cared if we won or lost a game it was extremely odd and frustrating moving to a small town where everyone had the same personality and they cut class time short just so that they could hold an assembly for us to sit there and clap at the team for an hour just because they managed to throw a ball successfully.

I don't get why you were down voted. What you're doing is very honorable and kudos for respecting your beliefs. I drink very little but for the longest time I refused because my father was an alcoholic and his crappy behavior turned me away from it.

If you need this because you can't use your hands, how are you supposed to get it on your tongue in the first place?

It always pisses me off when women complain about having to buy tampons or bras. As a woman I enjoy buying cute bras and if you're so concerned about tampon expenses buy a reusable period cup it lasts for years. As humans we all buy food, clothes, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. All necessities and no one bitches about that, so why bitch about boob holders and blood catchers.

US Army now allows religious exceptions for Sikhs 20 comments

They were allowed to serve but they couldn't wear a turban while doing it. So they had to choose if they wanted to serve or not based on the fact that it would interfere with their religion.

Something similar happened at my school the football team started raping the new members calling it hazing. The school tried to play it off as boys being boys, no reprimand besides "hey, stop that."

I get your skepticism though. A lot of people will stage these kinds of moments with their pets then go "haha look at this happy accident, Pookey is so silly!"

Part of your family 23 comments

This hits me right in the heart considering my family and I just adopted this adorable pit named Tank. He had a home for 8 whole years before they decided he was too old. Tank is the sweetest, funniest, most well behaved dog I've ever met. It's insane that anyone would ever give him up. Every time I think about it, it makes me wanna cry because I can't imagine our home without him and I don't understand how someone could be so heartless and just toss him out.

I ended up having to change my number because a guy like this wouldn't leave me alone so I'm sorry if I'm not at all sympathetic towards people like that

I sure did, even though she was just messing with him who knows how he would've responded if she hadn't. Why not mess with someone who thinks it's ok to start a conversation by trying to sext. I'm sure the dude isn't insulted or traumatized just a bit weirded out.

Randomfandomgirl probably didn't try to stop it flat out because most of the time that doesn't work with the kind of person that tries to sext with random people. If you just say stop or your making me uncomfortable it will usually make them try even harder or start cussing you out because you're a "rude ungrateful bitch" (actually been said to me before) so a lot of the time your safest bet is making em as uncomfortable as possible so they no longer try anything. And what's wrong with making them uncomfortable they do the same by sending unwanted sexual advances.

Well sure you could call painting a waste of time but when we look at other humans who spend even more time just sitting on a couch watching tv, then who's really wasting time? At least with painting I'm creating something. It's a healthy, stress relieving hobby.

Can confirm the artist. I use oil paints and those take forever to dry and I'll honestly work for 10 hours straight sometimes. I completely forget to take care of myself on those days, someone has to remind me to eat or take a break. It's totally worth it though, there's nothing out there that can fill me with the sense of calm and rightness that painting does.

The tits thing isn't necessarily true I'm thin and just happen to have naturally big boobs. I've been called plastic, barbie, fake, etc over something I never had control of. Even when I used to regularly work out my boobs got bigger instead of getting smaller. It happens.

In both of the high schools I went to there was a required class where they taught us how to do taxes and basically other skills needed for when we moved out of our parents homes.
