The purpose of those wings is that they make the pad stay in place. You put winged pads on the same you'd put on a wingless, you just fold the little wings on the back of your underwear and you're ready to go.

It's nice to read things like these, honestly. And by the way high five because you probably don't give a damn about what other people think about you, and that's how it should be.

Yes, exactly. It doesn't matter what other people think as long as you're comfortable and happy with yourself.

I don't know your sister personally, but I think by saying she's proud of you, she meant that she's proud that you were brave enough to come out? Because it can be difficult to do so, for some people. But then again I'm the type of person who doesn't really understand the concept of "coming out" either, like that's nobody's business, you're just being yourself and loving who you love? And you should be proud of being comfortable with yourself I mean does anything really matters other than that?

But.. it literally doesn't work like that? Black pride and gay pride exist solely for the purpose of those people's comfort in a society that is generally not accepting towards them. Black and gay pride is for them being accepting and accepted, loving and loved between and each other. Us white, straight (or both) people have literally no right to keep them from doing that, because none of that applies to us. As a white person I have no right to be mad at black people for being proud, and as a straight person I have no right to be mad when gay people express their pride in themselves and in each other either, so.. yeah, of course - they don't achieve any of those "traits", but that doesn't mean they can't be proud of who they are.
