they’re having fun, and it just so happens that civics are common, relatively cheap and reliable, and easy to get decent aftermarket parts and modify it

it’s still way more than you’d make in the US farming cotton with all that machinery and equipment, and even more so than people who have to do it by hand still like china or india

i’d argue that the thorns and bending low isn’t specific to cotton, and a lot of actual farmhands prolly deal with thorns and low growing plants

Bodybuilding is mostly for show, not function 11 comments
jbruce1252 · 5 years ago
compare a bodybuilder with a strongman competitor
the bodybuilder will look more toned because they work on muscles that you can see, solely for appearance
the strongman works more so on functional muscles; they don’t look as unnaturally swole and toned as a bodybuilder

my white shirt is still the same white as it was when i got it, not fading into another color or discolored, and i wash all my clothes in one batch, mixed with red, blue, yellow, green, black, etc
but as puma and creative said, it’s likely due to modern techniques in dying clothes or with better laundry detergent, because a decade back, my clothes got discolored from my mixed colors-washing
