Well I'd say its more "birth rude" than "birth rape". Whenever I have to get anything medical done I prefer for the doctor or nurse to tell me when they are are about to touch me or do something because just being touched or poked (especially somewhere private) creeps me the heck out. But at the same time you can't expect the doctor to narrate every little thing during something so hectic as labor.

I didn't go to the dentist for ten years, when I did I found out I needed ten fillings and two root canals. The doctor said he has never seen an 18 year old with that needed two root canals. My parents avoided taking me because it's expensive but now they have to pay thousands to fix all the damage that has been accumulating. I've spent a total of about five hours in the dentist's chair getting work done and I still have 5 fillings and two crowns to go... Yayy...

Now I'm hungry...
