Not if u learn to lucid dream (a state of you knowing you're dreaming but you can controll it) It happens to most of us that we have this sometimes just when we eventually figure it out instead of choosing to stay in the dream state we choose to exit. Inception would be real if they managed to find a sedative to change the persons perspective to be that he wants to stay in the dream.
