I think the grooves being off-center is meant to cancel the effect of the opposite side's grooves moving the center of mass away from the center of the dice. It looks like it might actually cancel out.

I'd love to see that. But I think the odds aren't very good, it will probably become uncomfortable to get in and out before the kitten grows enough to no longer fit.

It bothered me that the post didn't answer the question of caliber. In case anyone else was annoyed by that, the Beretta 950 Jetfire is chambered in .25 ACP.

Math is important! Also, maybe try some math learning apps? IDK how effective they are, but I do know they exist.

Given the title, and the most recent episode of Doctor Who... All I can think is, "Davros? Is that you?"

This is so accurate! This is what the vast majority of science looks like. Nearly all of the major breakthroughs happen by accident when someone gets VERY lucky. (This is probably my new favorite post on FS.)

Awesome!
And really, most people (cops included) aren't racist, it's just that the racist people tend to be the loudest.

I had one like that for years, I just kept it in my wallet. Never lost it, never had trouble pulling it out of the computer, but STILL had to try 3 times to plug it in correctly.

Donut holes are a conspiracy. They don't fit into the holes they supposedly came from. I think they just make donut balls and claim they are the material removed from the proper donuts.
