my aunt has two daughters. she stood outside of an abortion clinic and begged women to take their babies if they didn't want them. the first was a teenage mother. her daughter (my aunt's adopted daughter) knows both her mothers and thanks God every day her mom chose the high road. the other woman was fully pro-choice was mad at my aunt at first but after some talking she decided she couldn't fully hate a pro-life woman until she worked with one, so she had a closed adoption. but my aunt still has trouble living with women who treat children like burdens to be thrown away. however she also fully supports anti-rape movements and understands only abstinence is 100% effective so she doesn't hate all women who have abortions she just thinks they shouldn't be so easy to get.

speaking of "facts" in the book, I'm going to point out that later in the book, at his parent's house, he wants to spank and fuck her again, but she says no, and he backs right off. He even points out after the fact, "you're the one will all the power. you said no. I can't touch you if you say no" what part of this is abusive?

No our society is someone paying for half of the pizza, getting half, and then people who didn't pay for it get mad and demand slices they didn't pay for. Worse, it's grown to the point where people think "I get a slice whether I pay or not so I just don't need to pay" THAT'S OUR SOCIETY

I wouldn't want her too but...it also means she knew she could sleep around without protection. maybe if abortion wasn't allowed people would care more about protection. that's why I think rape is one of the few exceptions (not the only one, though). like that lady had a "I don't need to use condoms I'll get a abortion" attitude. also my aunt couldn't have children, so she constantly hates that women give up what they think is a "burden" while she would give anything for a child of her own.

If you think that is all there was to it you really don't know anything about history. In fact there were more Irish white slaves than black

okay guys just being honest here. my parents had a similar mindset (not that bad, though) when they finally let me start therapy when I was fourteen. after several years, I took them to see my therapist with me several times. they were finally starting to see the light. recently I was recently diagnosed with Aspergers (if you didn't know it's a form of high functioning autism). now they truly understand it's not who I am but just something that I need to live with that doesn't make me any less of a person. just saying don't give up just help them realize

I don't agree with farnsworth's "aggressive" method, but...they're right. if it's consensual then it's not domestic abuse.

that's what I'm saying! he even says several times "I don't want to push my luck" and "are you sure?" I admit it's not really a good way to base a relationship but abusive? no
