Its because the Philippines' government is very poor, and we cannot afford a proper evac center. Being a Filipino, I was a little bit offended by this.

Hey! Remember me? Im that guy that talked about how this is ridiculous on another post. I hate how people think that we are the bad guys. I will try to put this into simple terms. Some people think that we are bullying the Afghans (Taliban) but really they are picking on us. Yeah, we were pissed that 9-11 happened, but thats not why we fight. We fight because we KNOW that they will pull something off like that again. During Christmas, a lot of our boys pulled out of Afganistan because things were under control. Now, we have like, a thousand troops there. The Taliban will be back. I hate to say it, but war will never end. There is never going to be "world peace". Its human nature. Same with world hunger on that topic. The way I see it, the world balances itself out. The only way war will end us when the world itself ends. Nothing lasts forever. Im not trying to say that I know everything and that im a psychologist, but Im just saying what I know. Always check what your gonna post friend

What happened? ( I dont watch the Simpsons)

Well, nothings really "happening" in the war. The boys are coming home if they are not already. This happened around Christmas time. Im not saying the war is over, because they will come back. They always do. Thats why we have a couple hundred boots on the ground right now. Those boys will tell us if theres any trouble. I think the next sign of trouble will probably be some time in the middle to the end of this year.

I was actually kinda scared there.
