Yes, but being stronger doesn't automatically mean that it's better for a woman to hit a man just because 'he can take it' and can do more physical damage. If anything, an abusive woman would probably try to hit harder, use nails or handle a weapon if she really wanted to hurt a man. And either way, the main issue is when you get feminazis (not feminists) who contradict themselves with “It's worse for a guy to hit a girl because he's stronger!” but then say “Women should be allowed the same physical jobs as men because they're just as strong!” Women should be allowed that- but people doubt our strength because some people are trying to portray us as weak and vulnerable while at the same time superior and strong all trying to call it feminism. That's not feminism.
In my opinion, a man and woman are capable of just as much damage. Both could kill eachover if they really wanted to- and while I hate to say it, often the law sides with the woman.
