most kids still go to school for like 6-7 hours a day, 5 days a week. They'll still get their social skills.

my friends are all like "really?" when I say I think looks are important. It's looks that will draw somebody's attention a lot of the time, like the first gate- then if they're a dick/bitch, you turn around and walk straight back out. If they're a compatible person- you open the second gate.

It's incredible technology- but we're already complaining about both an aging population AND overpopulation :/ unless you want people to stop having babies starting now it's gonna get a bit cramped

I think there are worst crimes than watching somebody on the toiler -_- don't get me wrong, I'm not justifying this- it's disgusting- but not death worthy. Now a B.I.G fine or some jail time or even the place being closed down- that's worthy.

What bothers me here is not so much the fear of the dog- but the fear of the breed. Pit bulls seem to have two portrayals in media- Flesh-hungry rabid beasts, and perfect babysitters. People get so shocked when it's in the news that a terrier has mauled a child or a Labrador has bitten somebody- ALL dogs are dangerous. My gran owns a female, 10 year old spaniel- notoriously friendly dogs with very little record of attacks. But I don't trust her with children at all- she's a nervous animal and I know that if a child persistently 'chased her' or made a lot of noise, she'd probably go for them out of panic. It's not always the breed- sometimes it's just the dog. There are pit bulls that are lovely with children, who will let them pet them and pull their ears and prod them with the utmost patience- while this spaniel will growl and crouch the moment a stranger puts a hand towards her.

there's 'rational fear' and then there's 'irrational hysteria'. An officer shot a pitbull simply because it barked at him AFTER his partner had already petted the dog while they were approaching the property (the wrong house might I add). Everybody should have a rational fear or wariness of dogs- even my west highland terrier could maul a child, I feel comfortable that he wouldn't but of course- strangers probably don't. Pit bulls of course do have a reputation, but it's caused by breeders and owners generally- not the dogs themselves. They have been bred as fighting and security dogs- people buy them so they can look tough with their scary dog, however when raised properly, these dogs have an excellent reputation as being gentle and friendly with children and infants. What bothers people here is the focus on the breed. People need to realise ALL dogs are dangerous- a Labrador is just as capable of snapping suddenly and attacking you as a pit bull.

guys- think of it this way. We compare all the new shows to the old ones because our younger selves viewed the old shows as incredible-when they may have just been average. A new generation of children will not make this comparison with new shows if they haven't viewed the old. Disney's target audience is children to pre-teens, sort of 8-13ish. So, once you're past that age- they don't really expect you to be watching anymore- you're in the minority against a new generation of younger kids who make up the most views and therefore- the most money.
Overall the story is: Disney Channel themselves expected you to outgrow them- if you didn't, they won't let it drag them back.

it was a new generation. The cast got older, they ran out of plot lines- they couldn't drag them on and needed something new. Unfortunately for many, the new just wasn't good enough- but for the next generation this was the start. We built up our favourite childhood shows so much that we always remember them as being these massive amazing shows when in reality they might not have been so good. Kids who haven't seen them don't have that view and so can't compare them to the new shows. That and, Disney channel is really aimed towards children and pre-teens, as the previous shows got older, so did the audience- once you're no longer the target audience, your view isn't as important because to them- you shouldn't really be watching anymore.

but it's not done in an interesting way. I never felt bad for him or any of the characters and when it came to the climax I was just sort of 'eh....' I found it to be poorly written and just a dull interpretation of a usually exciting story

it was dull. Take Smallville- it's entertaining, the characters were interesting and the conflicts were intruiging. Of course it has the advantage of time, being a TV show- but the characters were entertaining from the moment they were on screen in every episode, even their first appearances. Man Of Steel- lacked this. The characters were dull and lacked personality and Amy Adams as Lois Lane, who is supposed to be determined, funny and fierce- had the personality of a slice of bread.

Friends by a mile ;) I think Rachel was so much more likeable than Robin. The hardest was out of Joey or Barney- but Joey is the original womaniser of sitcoms ;)

I don't know how it is elsewhere, but where I live (UK)it's hard to feel like you're in control when you have to decide on your career path around age 14 and go through GCSE exams just so you can have a shot at 6th form so that you can do A-Level exams just to have a shot at university. That is the HIGHLY encouraged path- all we get told at my school is "WHEN you go to university' and taught about what's needed to be a doctor or a lawyer. That, along with pressure from what parents think is best, and older siblings to compare yourself to, doesn't leave me feeling like I have a lot of control of my future.

I don't think they deserve the life they get- but at the same time it's a sort of hypocrisy to kill somebody for murder. I think they deserve to die, but there's no way to get around the fact that while morally they're a different species- they were still a baby like you, a child like you, still a human being- not a good one, or even decent, but human none the less. I guess I see it as sort of a necessary evil to kill people for the worst crimes.

while it's sort of true, i don't think that is the whole reason. He was a massive part of the franchise and over that time was bound to leave an impact on the rest of the cast and crew. this film was like his last goodbye.
Plus, they put the film on hold to make sure his family were ok with it being continued-they were willing to scrap it out of respect
