true- but it's not rare for a girl to lead a guy on and then say "I just want to be friends"-or vice versa. Both genders should be entitled to reject somebody, but neither should be entitled to purposely make someone think they're interested (aka, play hard to get)

my dad's in the police and I live in England. I would give anything to see him go around dressed like this.

the statistics are off considering the amount of police to the amount of terrorists. Don't know bout America, but the police here in Britain are pretty damn good :D
